Our client, a fast-paced family-owned label manufacturer, is seeking an experienced/skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join their team.

As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and ability to troubleshoot will be essential in ensuring efficient production.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain printing presses and related equipment

• Set up, adjust, and monitor press machines to ensure quality output

• Load and unload materials onto the press

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines

• Follow printing specifications and customer requirements

• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as necessary

• Ensure proper ink levels and color consistency

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Search for and correct problems

• Oil and clean press and make minor repairs

• Perform preventive maintenance

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role preferred

• Must be a team player

Full-time: Monday – Friday

Pay = $18-20/hr
