Payroll Coordinator for Public Agency

Job Description
Our client is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for a long-term temporary role with the following skills:
Full Cycle Payroll processing involving over 500 manual time sheets
Department and project code entry, time sheet audit, report generations, document filing.
Heavy, consistent workflow and strict deadlines.
Interdepartmental communications regarding timesheet errors, updates, additional documentation, etc.
Extensive use of Neogov software, Excel, and other software.
Special Projects as needed.
Requirements

3+ years Payroll experience and/or Bookkeeping

Excellent attention to detail

Must have experience with Excel (formulas, sorting, editing, adding, deleting, etc.)

Computer savvy, knowledge and understanding of computer systems
Full-time: Mon – Thurs / 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Pay = $25/hr
