Our client, a communications and community engagement firm, is seeking a part-time Office Assistant.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Put out & bring in parking signs at beginning and end of day
Answer phones, take messages
Set up meetings – send out Zoom and calendar invites
Deposits
Fill mini fridge with beverages
Refill snacks & Keurig machine
Check & stock bathrooms
Shop for office groceries at Walmart
Send items to print and pick up items from print
Tend and restock office printer
Part-time
$20/hr
