Job Description

Our client is looking for a full-time, reliable Office Manager that has a high level of professionalism and strong work ethic that can ensure the smooth running of their office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls, and delivering world-class service to customers
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments
  • Issuing quotes and generating invoices
  • AP/AR
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Overseeing general office operation
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels


Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Stellar time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.G. Fax machines and printers)


Full-time / Monday-Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay = $22-$25/hr DOE
