Job Description
Our client is looking for a full-time, reliable Office Manager that has a high level of professionalism and strong work ethic that can ensure the smooth running of their office.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls, and delivering world-class service to customers
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments
- Issuing quotes and generating invoices
- AP/AR
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Overseeing general office operation
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Stellar time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.G. Fax machines and printers)
Full-time / Monday-Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay = $22-$25/hr DOE
