Job Description

Our client has an immediate need for an Office Manager for their family run construction firm that has QuickBooks experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day running of the office and all operations
  • Planning and executing the weekly schedule
  • Limited staff management
  • Managing accounts receivable
  • Forming and maintaining relationships with customers, architects, builders, designers and vendors
  • Self-motivated with a positive disposition and the ability to work independently without full time supervision
  • Processing estimates, work orders, invoices
  • Customer relations


Full-time / Mon Fri / 7am 3: 30 pm
Pay = $20-$35/hr (DOE)
Benefits: 401(k), Health insurance
