Job Description

Our client, a local contractor, is looking for a detail oriented office assistant with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Help set up systems for the business
  • Ensure that files are created and kept
  • Run occasional errands (post office, office supplies, city planning, etc.)
  • Accounts payable and receivable as requested/required
  • Some phone and email communication
  • Scheduling
  • Mail
  • Would be helpful if the person has experience in land development or construction but not required


Pay is $16/$18HR .
