Job Description

Local service and repair company in need of a reliable and hard-working office assistant. Candidate should have outstanding customer service skills and a professional demeanor, as well as an ability to organize and prioritize work assignments. Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and e-mails
  • Create spreadsheets and other documents
  • Create and maintain databases
  • Integrate data from multiple sources into a unified format
  • Handle requests for information
  • Schedule meetings and events
  • Manage some administrative projects


Full-time / Monday - Friday
Pay = $18-19/HR
