Our client is seeking a dependable Temporary Maintenance Worker to assist with general building maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, is comfortable using common tools, and is willing to learn.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform basic building maintenance and general repairs
Use common hand and power tools safely and effectively
Complete painting, patching, and touch-up work
Perform basic plumbing and repair tasks
Change air filters, light bulbs, and other routine maintenance items
Follow work orders, instructions, and established procedures
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Basic building maintenance experience
Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
Basic knowledge of painting, patching, plumbing, and general repairs
Basic safety knowledge and awareness
Ability to follow instructions and work orders
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full-time
Pay = $17/hr
