Our client, a local HOA, is seeking a reliable Maintenance Worker to support general upkeep and repair of community facilities. This role involves hands-on work including small paint projects, general handyman tasks, exterior cleaning, and preventative maintenance. The position requires consistent outdoor work and physical labor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs across community common areas
Complete small painting projects and basic handyman tasks
Conduct routine inspections to support preventative maintenance efforts
Maintain shared spaces such as community centers, swimming pools, tennis courts, walkways, and fences
Assist with landscaping duties including lawns, trees, shrubs, and irrigation systems
Repair exterior elements such as lighting, plumbing, roofing, siding, and structural components
Support upkeep of amenities like clubhouses and exterior recreational areas
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Experience with hand and power tools
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and working outdoors for extended periods
Strong work ethic and reliability
Professional attitude when interacting with residents and HOA representatives
Work Environment:
Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Physically active role involving manual labor and exterior janitorial tasks
Full-time
