Job Description

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their HR Department that has recruiting experience. NEOGOV a plus!

Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Assist HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews, sitting in on panel interviews
  • Perform day-to-day activities within the HR department e.g. take calls, responding to candidate inquiries, scheduling
  • Monitor and track all applications through the database, communicate necessary outcomes to applicants


Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, including a good telephone manner; ability to concentrate and communicate in a very busy office environment
  • Confidence to manage various workloads and deadlines
  • Good team worker but able to work autonomously


Full-time: Monday-Friday
Pay: $26-30/hr (DOE)
