Job Description
Our client is currently looking for an energetic and positive attitude Front Office Manager/Showroom Customer Service Associate. You will be the first point of contact. You must be outgoing, have great customer service skills, problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, be a productive member of their team, and an employee who shares their determination and high standards to join their team in doing work that is innovative and aesthetically stunning.
DUTIES (will include but are not limited to):
- Greeting and working with clients
- Answering calls
- Accepting new orders from clients
- Creating new invoices and inputting orders into the job-tracking software
- Presenting customers with their completed order
- Accepting payments
- Posting Payments
- Invoicing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Detail oriented
- Friendly team player who cares for customers and wants to deliver the best experience, who brings energy, drive & positivity into customer interactions
- Professional who takes attendance and integrity seriously is reliable, task-focused
- Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must know QuickBooks
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver the best possible service and attention to all our customers
- Develop positive relationships with customers
- Maintain knowledge of our products
- Assist the team in fulfilling all daily operations to ensure quality service
Full-time
Pay = $18-20/hr
