Job Description

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team. You will be responsible for managing the daily office functions of the CEO's office and providing varied administrative support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain files; create tracking documents on spreadsheets and input information
  • Prepare check requests, purchase requisitions, expense reports and other requests for signatures and documents
  • Oversees package tracking and retrieval
  • Audits invoices relative to contract provisions


SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must complete and pass a Live-Scan, background check and fingerprinting
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Experience in an Administrative Assistant or managerial role
  • Proficient in ANDROID/OS platforms, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook - Responsible for all email communications
  • Must be able to type 55 wpm or better and have excellent grammar/spelling skills
  • Very detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to report/support more than one person


Full-time: Monday-Friday / 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay = $20-25/hr
