Job Description

Our client is seeking a Clerical Assistant for their front desk reception. This is a temporary position which may last up to 6 months.

 

The responsibilities for this position would encompass the following:

 

  • Answering phones: Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.

  • Check and distributing mail: Sorting and distributing incoming mail promptly.

  • Sending emails to tenants to pick up mail: Notifying tenants about the availability of their mail for pickup.

  • Logging checks received from the mail: Keeping a detailed record of checks received.

  • Answering the front door: Welcoming visitors and ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Entering data into spreadsheets: Maintaining organized records and databases.

  • Scheduling meetings via Outlook: Efficiently managing the scheduling of appointments and meetings.

  • Preparing the conference room for meetings: Ensuring that the conference room is set up and ready for scheduled meetings.

 

The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

 

 

Full-time / Monday through Thursday (10 hour shift)

Pay = $20/hr
