Job Description
Our client is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment.
DUTIES:

Answer phones in a professional manner (forward calls/take accurate messages)

Email correspondence

Greet visitors and staff that come in to the office

Create and assign purchase orders
SKILLS:

MUST be proficient in Excel

Outstanding customer service skills

Strong attention to detail
-
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Full-time: Monday – Friday
Pay = $18-20/hr
