Job Description

Our client, a local church, is looking for a detail-oriented, responsible person to fill the role of Church Administrator. Should be outgoing, love working with people, and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the payables and the posting of the weekly offering
  • Assist in preparing the weekly bulletins and other communications
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support bookkeeping procedures
  • Assist in managing the church calendar
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever needed

Skills/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Quickbooks
  • Excellent computer skills
  • 2-3 years office experience


Full-time / Monday - Friday
Pay: $20-$25/HR
