Our client, a growing consulting firm, has an immediate need for a motivated and experienced individual with a great attitude that will contribute to their team.


  • Answering Phones
  • Data Entry
  • Filing (Digital & Hard Copy)
  • Prepare Mailings, Packages, Submittals & Deliveries
  • Maintaining Office Supply Inventory
  • Manage Conference Room / Schedule Meetings
  • Support Office Staff


  • Customer Focused / Positive Attitude
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Effective Communicator (orally & writing)
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Must be Proficient in Word & Excel
  • Experience with Standard Office Equipment (i.E. Phone systems, copiers, printers, and postage machines)

Full-time / Monday Friday
Pay = $15/HR
