Job Description

Our client, an engineering firm specializing in Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering services is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering a multi-line phone system and routing calls to employees within 3 office locations
  • AP/AR, billing, Purchase Orders, lien releases and verification of insurance certificates
  • Perform general administrative tasks



Requirements and Skills:

  • MUST know QuickBooks
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience in MS Dynamics and Adobe Acrobat preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting
  • Experience using a multi-line phone system
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasker, independent thinker, attention to details and self-starter
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and an interest to grow within the organization

Full-time / Mon Thurs 8am to 6 and Fri 8am to 12pm
Pay = $22-25/HR
