Job Description

Our client is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment.

 

DUTIES:

  • Answer phones in a professional manner (forward calls/take accurate messages)

  • Email correspondence

  • Greet visitors and staff that come in to the office

  • Create and assign purchase orders

 

SKILLS:

  • MUST be proficient in Excel

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

 

Full-time: Monday – Friday

Pay = $18-20/hr
