Job Description

Our client, a family-owned and operated roofing company, is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff

  • Answer phone calls and assist customers professionally

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate job timelines

  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Manage invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks

  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish required)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Experience with QuickBooks

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Previous administrative experience preferred

 

Full-time

$24/hr
