Job Description

Our client has an immediate need for a temporary Administrative Assistant to assist and support their finance department. You MUST have strong Outlook and Excel experience.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Format Finance policies into the updated templates

  • Schedule meetings with staff and external vendors

  • Participate in meetings with the Project Management Team to assist with monitoring and scheduling requests

  • Order office supplies

  • Monitor the group email inbox

  • Update the intranet site under direction from Finance Managers

  • Assist with records retention efforts

  • Coordinate outgoing correspondence and signature routing for Finance documents

  • Review and coordinate Public Records Act requests and internal requests for information

  • Assist with distributing incoming and outgoing mail

 

Full-time

$30/hr
