Our client has an immediate need for a temporary Administrative Assistant to assist and support their finance department. You MUST have strong Outlook and Excel experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Format Finance policies into the updated templates
Schedule meetings with staff and external vendors
Participate in meetings with the Project Management Team to assist with monitoring and scheduling requests
Order office supplies
Monitor the group email inbox
Update the intranet site under direction from Finance Managers
Assist with records retention efforts
Coordinate outgoing correspondence and signature routing for Finance documents
Review and coordinate Public Records Act requests and internal requests for information
Assist with distributing incoming and outgoing mail
Full-time
$30/hr
