Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting & Administrative Support professional. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced small business environment and can confidently manage a high volume of tasks while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day accounting and administrative operations
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Work extensively within QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise (not just QB Online)
Assist with inventory-related accounting and tracking
Handle multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Qualifications:
Strong character, reliability, and professionalism
Proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks without sacrificing accuracy
Naturally high attention to detail
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise
AP/AR experience within a small business environment
Experience working with inventory-based businesses is highly preferred
Full-time
Pay = $20-23/hr (DOE)
