Job Description

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting & Administrative Support professional. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced small business environment and can confidently manage a high volume of tasks while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day accounting and administrative operations

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

  • Work extensively within QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise (not just QB Online)

  • Assist with inventory-related accounting and tracking

  • Handle multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Strong character, reliability, and professionalism

  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks without sacrificing accuracy

  • Naturally high attention to detail

  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise

  • AP/AR experience within a small business environment

  • Experience working with inventory-based businesses is highly preferred

Full-time

Pay = $20-23/hr (DOE)
