Our client, a local non-profit, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist with exceptional recruiting and interviewing skills that can revise/create job descriptions, post positions, reach out to other job boards to post the positions, and is well organized and detailed oriented.

You will also assist with performance reviews, send reviews out to managers on a timely basis, follow up on the status of the performance reviews and assist the managers as needed.

Pay = $27/hr
