Job Description

Our client, a local non-profit, is seeking an Administrative Assistant that is a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.

The ideal candidate must be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. You should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. In addition, you must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.

Job Duties:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Scheduling appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.


Required Skills:

  • Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • 3 years of administrative experience
  • Professionalism
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Bachelor' s Degree Preferred


Full-time / Mon Fri
Pay = $17-18/hr
