Job Description
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant in their maintenance department for a temporary role up to six months.
Skills and Responsibilities:

Must be proficient in Excel (creating/managing spread sheets and data entry)

Computer/Software savvy

Assisting with the implementation of new software program

Scheduling and Calendaring Appointments/Meetings

Drafting Memos and letters
-
Other duties as needed
Full-time: Monday – Thursday (10 hours per day)
Pay = $18-$22/hr
