Job Description
Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager with excellent organizational and communication skills, a demonstrated ability in managing projects, organizing workflow, and customer service. Experience in HOA, legal, escrows/titles and office management a plus!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct all accounts payable/receivable, bank deposits, provide accounting information to Treasurer and collection committee.

Process escrow demands and closings. Must be familiar with title documents.

Coordination of the collections process including preparation of liens and small claims court documentation.
SKILLS:

Must be proficient in QuickBooks!
