*3 + years Human Resources Generalist experience.
*PHR and/or SHRM-CP Certification preferred
*Strong verbal, written and cross-culture communication skills, emphasizing interpersonal and
group communication skills.
*Broad knowledge of Human Resources
*Experience with working with HR/Payroll software programs
*Able to exhibit a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
*Must be flexible and adaptable to changing roles and responsibilities
*Deadline and detail oriented
*Ability to effectively handle stressful situations and coach others to do the same
*Must have integrity and ethics
*Ability to work with minimal supervision
*Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers,
customers and visitors
*Organized and time management skill a must including being able to resolve issues in a timely
*Strong ability to prioritize workload.
*Non-Exempt staff recruitment including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, conducting employment reference checks, and running a background check.
*Work with staffing agencies to fill temporary recruitment needs.
*Check candidate references and run background checks.
*Handle onboarding of all new hires.
*Assist Director of Human Resources with performance management duties.
*Maintain employee HR files.
*Conduct exit interviews.
*Serve as a member of the company s Safety Committee.
*Assist Director of Human Resources with workers compensation-related tasks.
*Monitor performance evaluation programs
*Help maintain appropriate staffing
*Assist HR Director with Non-Exempt Hourly staff employee relations issues
*Provide administrative support to the HR Director, i.E. Offer letters, memos, reports.
